Today, is my second day in melbourne, the city where I'm gonna continue my study (Trinity College). My first impression about the city is GREAT !! the atmosphere is so good for a student to study, even tough it's so cold here right now.
One of the many things that make me love melbourne at the first sight is its multiculturalism, people from around the world gather in here, Indian, European, Asian, and the others, which makes Melbourne is so colorful, and not boring. When you walk on the street, you can see many type of faces, not only European, or Asian, but also the others. just FUN and FASCINATING :)
About my place to stay, not bad, I feel the taste of kinship here, even I haven't make a lot of friend, but I believe that I will :)
Today, I went to my future place of study :) and I'm gonna let you see a lot of photographs that I took there, in my next post :)

My Last Week...and How Is My Feeling?
For my third post here, i'm going to post about my life changing experience, which was not happened, yet, strange? yeah, but the effect of this experience has already began from around 2 months ago....
Soooo, I'm going to study abroad to Australia, chasing my dream there, trying to be a better person there, living far away from my family, yeah, this is one of my dream comes true, a big leap into the next chapter of my life. This plan about studying abroad has been planned for a long time, since I was still in junior high school, me and my parents have planned this. For the first, we planned that I'm going to study in Singapore, a country which is so famous for its quality of education. This plan only last for about three years, the plan changed several times, Germany, Canada, going back to Singapore, and for the last time, Australia. Yeah, Australia, we started to look this country when I was in my last month studying in 10th grade, don't remember how we can started to look into this country, but yeah, I choose this country because of its, first quality of education which is one of the best in the world, its culture, and its location which is not too far from Indonesia, my mother land.
For the start, I didn't planned to go abroad on my second year of high school, I planned to go abroad when I'm already finished my study in high school. But because of many factors, like time, adaptation, etc, I choose to go abroad after i finished my sophomore. To early? yeah, many people have already told me, but like the slogan which was famous long time ago, "lebih cepat lebih baik" which is "earlier is better" in english, the earlier you start your action, it's better...but yeah, you must acknowledge it first, and you must know the risk of your action, and ready for it....for this case, I'm ready with the risk of my action...
And now, it's only a week before I'm going there, the combination of excitement, fear, sadness, happiness, and the other feeling fill my heart. actually, I have felt this kind of feeling since two months ago, I can't concentrate well in the class, became so moody, and do the things which I rarely do before. but yeah, I have to be ready, because I have meet the point of no return, the point where there's no going back, the decision that you've made, you can't take it back, you must do it, and face it. No fear, no regret. I keep saying this words inside my head, "one day, I'm gonna remember what I've done today with a smile on my face, so I've to do everything with my best effort".

Ice Skating....Fun, but maybe it's not for me....
Yeah, ice skating, moving on ice by using on ice. 2 days ago, me, with 5 of my friends tried this sport, which wikipedia said that the earliest ice skating happened 4000 years ago, great right?
Indonesia is a tropical country, so there's no winter in this country, but still, we can do an ice skating, we don't need to go to europe or what to do this sport. one of the popular, or the most popular ice rink here in Indonesia, as I know, is located in Mall Taman Anggrek, and yesterday, we tried this ice rink.
In my opinion, the ticket price is pretty cheap, with IDR 48.000, you already can use the ice rink for 2 hours, and they also lend you the boots, cheap huh?? :) at first, I think the price will be about IDR 100.000 or above, because of the place and ice skating is not a cheap sport, so I'm happy with the price :)
The most difficult thing about ice skating, for me, is balancing your body and control it. when I first tried to stand up using the skiing shoes, still on the floor, it's pretty difficult, you must stand only with 2 thin blade, and walk with it. When I tried to do it on the ice, soooo difficult, you can't imagine how slippery is the ice.
I tried to move and I succeed, but still, it's not the way to do this sport. do you want to know how I moved?? my right leg was stood still and I bent my left leg, and moved it backward, it's lame...but at least I'm succeed to moved, not only standing still on the wall, watching other players...
My conclusion, ice skating is totally fun!! if I have a chance, I want to learn this sport deeply, so maybe one day I can do a back flip on the ice :p but for now, this sport Isn't for me, hahaha...

My Dream...to travel around the world.
Yes, dream...I'll talk about my dream here in my first post....yeah, i know, it's cliche, but still, it's interesting, right?? :) Ok, I'll just start the story. yup,I have a dream to travel around the world, visiting a country where I've never been there before, taste its unique food that I've never taste before, see the pattern of fabrics which I've never seen before, and above all, learn from the experience that I've never got before, always, the world always is an interesting place to be explore....my interest about travelling is delivered from my parents, or....maybe from my grandparents?? I have no idea, but what I know is, from when I was small, both my parents was already travelled to many country. From United States, European Country, China, and the others, and you know? They never let me to go with them!!! it's unfair, isn't it?? hahahaha...they always give their responsibility as a parents to my grandparents when they go, and you know?? when I was small, I have a bad impression about my grandparents....they are scary, mean, and not fun at all...and this is what I hate, I have to stay with my grandparents who aren't fun, when my parents are having fun out there, once again, it's unfair mom, dad!! but, you know?? behind the unfair part, there's something I love, and you know what it is?? yeah!! it's the souvenir from their trip :) but sometimes, the souvenir is not good enough to pay the condition that I've been through with my grandparents...but still,it's a happy thing to get something from other part of the world :) I remember, my parents was just came back from their travel from Swiss, and they gave me and my brother a box of chocolate, the chocolate is soo delicious....too delicious, I know, maybe the taste have been exaggerated by me, but really, from what I'm remember, it's so delicious :p
The time keeps moving and moving, and I keep grow and grow....so my parents can't leave me and my brother again when they do a trip...I remember, my first trip outside my usual routine yearly trip to my grandparents house in central java is to Bali, yeah BALI !! a heavenly island which is soo popular, more popular than Indonesia itself I think....

I went to Bali, as remember, was when I was still a seventh grader student, and I went there not only with my own family, but also with the family of my dad's colleague. I went to the Bali bird park, monkey forest ( I lost my watch in here), tanah lot temple, and yeah as a child, the most exciting place for me is waterbom, a water park with huge and long water slide :) I had so much fun there :) I feel the feeling that I've never felt before here when I visited Bali, The feeling about how fun traveling is :)
And the first time I went abroad is to Singapore, a country just near Indonesia, not a big country, but so much fun in there :)

I remember when I just arrived in changi airport, I got a little bit shocked when I saw people drink water directly from the water pump, because we never do that here in Indonesia. I tried to do that, and I'm not to comfort about that thing, but still, it's always fun to try a new thing :) First time to see a new country, amazed, fascinated, and what I felt most was challenged to explore more about this country. I tried a new food namely otah-otah in there, similar to a food in my country, otak-otak, but the color is different, otah-otah is red, and otak-otak is pale white. I went to Jurong bird park, SIngapore Zoo, and Sentosa Island.
I have also gone to Thailand, China, Malaysia, and many other parts of Indonesia, and the feeling is always the same, I want to know more about this place, the feeling to see, taste, and experience a new thing :) One day, I'll travel around the world.....
